About V (as a language)
V is a next generation programming language. It can be also be used in "application mode" to get the output codes or executable binary in other languages. As a language it is self compiling type. Its mode of functioning is quite similar to shell programming language (as you know each command ,in a broader sense, in shell is executed with the help of binary standalones ). V's functioning as a language is illustrated below
